Captain Red Tide is the leader of the Pirate Slavers, who dwell at the Ancient Mariner Reef and kidnap young girls. After Pall Ebon killed Helena, the Rogue of Legend avenges her death by killing Pall, and when discovering he works for Captain Red Tide, kills him also while he was at Skull Cove.
