Morgana is a member of The Watch, and had been betrayed by Captain Rutger many years ago along with her lover, Cyril. After accepting the quest from Cyril's ghost, Morgana may be fought and killed at the Rooks' Hideout, where she asks you to avenge the Watch by defeating Rutger at Arcanum Grounds.
