'Stolen Property' is a replayable daily quest that can be obtained in the Forest.
Steps[]
- Find the refugee camp in Forest.
- Defeat enemies in Brackenridge Aqueducts and obtain 3 heirlooms.
- Turn in quest to the Refugee in the Aqueducts/Forest or in the Quest Drop

Refugee: I think the Jarl is leading us on a suicide mission....
Refugee: The Goblins stole anything that wasn't nailed down. We have lost heirlooms which could never be replaced. If you come across any, please collect them and give it to one of us.

Refugee: My grandfather's old cuckoo clock! And that's Ragnar's jewel-encrusted bed pan! Thank you, mighty hero! We are all in your debt.
